Returns/Exchanges Information

We take great pride in processing your orders correctly. If your order is found to be incorrect, damaged, or defective you must contact us within (48) hours in order to receive a replacement. You must initiate your return within 14 days of receipt of delivery and we will cover the cost of shipping. If you wish to return your order for any other reason, you must initiate your return within 14 days of receipt of delivery and you are responsible for paying the shipping costs.

Note: We will not issue any cash, credit or debit refunds under any circumstances. You will receive a store (website) credit for the amount of the product purchased only, providing the returned items are approved.

To be eligible for a return, your item/s must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. We will not accept the return of any products that are final sale, damaged, stained, worn, washed, have odors, or do not have the original tag attached or are not in the original packaging. We will need your proof of purchase. Customers who return products that are not eligible for return will have the option to pay (within 14 days) to have those items shipped to them again or they will be donated to a charity of our choice. We only accept item/s purchased from http://dambeaverapparel.com. Items purchased from a store must be returned to that store.

Remember to keep your tracking numbers for items shipped to Dam Beaver Apparel; we are not responsible for items not received.

Refunds (if applicable)

We will not issue any cash, credit or debit refunds under any circumstances. You will receive store (website) credit for the amount of the product purchased only. Once your return is received and inspected, we will contact you and let you know the item/s were received and also of the approval or rejection of your store (website) credit. If you are approved, then your store (website) credit will be processed. Store (website) credit expires one year (365 days) after the issue date. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Note: Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges (if applicable)

We only replace items if they are incorrect, damaged or defective. We will replace with the same item unless other arrangements have been made. Returns on incorrect, damaged or defective items will be shipped within 14 days of receipt. If you received an item and want to exchange for a different size or style, please treat it as a return. Once we receive your return and send you your credit, you will be able to make a new purchase of the item you desired.

Event/Show Returns/Exchanges (if applicable)

If you have purchased item/s from an event or show directly from Dam Beaver Apparel you will be responsible for shipping charges to Dam Beaver Apparel. We will be responsible for shipping back to you. Event/show returns/exchanges must be initiated within 14 days of purchase by contacting Dam Beaver Apparel at http://dambeaverapparel.com, and will be issued a store (website) credit only.

Shipping (if applicable)

We ship to the Continental United States using the United States Postal Service. Orders placed on Saturdays, Sundays, or any holidays that mail service is closed will ship accordingly. Tracking information will be sent upon shipping.

If your order is returned to sender because you entered an incorrect or incomplete address when checking out, we will NOT pay to reship your order. Once your order is returned to us you will have the option to cancel the order (less any initial shipping charges) or pay to have it shipped to a different address via standard shipping.
